James Doolan
James Doolan 1st Dan, Coaches at the Carstairs and Carnwath Clubs.
He is th current British B.F.K.K.O. Full Contact Kick-Boxing Champion.
He is also a Progressive fighting Instructor.

James has just been selected to fight in Italy later this year as part of the British Team.
Natalie Ward
Natalie Ward 1st Dan, Coaches at our East Kilbride and Blantyre Clubs.
She is a former B.F.K.K.O. British Under 16 points fighting Champion who particularly enjoys training in Kickboxing.
Natalie enjoys helping others in their training and helping teaching the Club's Kids, of which we have many.
Grant McGregor
Grant McGregor, Veteran's Black Belt, is the assistant Coach at our East Kilbride Club.
He helps everyone with their training and enjoys competing in Full Contact competitions.
